Well, the first thing we must say is that we love it! While we were wondering what it took them so long to launch it, we now realise that complying with our criteria should’ve taken even longer. To have your fair amount of Baker’s monologues, though, there is something that you should do. And we know that it might sound awful, but we advise you to… get drunk! And no, it’s not just because it’s hilarious nor because you can mock poor little Agatha. You can actually unlock secret missions like this. The point is that you will be ‘blacking out’ and waking up in different places every single time, and eventually you will also reach a mission. Oh, and because of the graphics, you can easily have a good time while getting drunk, of course! We really enjoyed the bar area of the GTA casino.

The casino itself is very glamorous, together with the entire resort, according to us. High-class entertainments and boutique experiences are awaiting. But you first have to start playing the game, which, honestly, is not the easiest task out there. If you want to play on your PC, the game has a cost. If you prefer to go with a PlayStation or Xbox, you will have to purchase the live membership. Yeah, we know what you are thinking and, no, GTA Online and GTA casino cannot be enjoyed for free.
So, after six years, give or take a few, you will finally be able to see the real thing behind those ‘project’ signs on the LS Freeway, which at least for us were a punch in the eye. The horse races that you will find in the Diamond somehow remind us of the old-but-gold San Andreas. A peculiar add-on is that there is a limit of chips that you can purchase. If you are a regular player, you can take at most 20 thousand dollars with you in the casino. The privileged ones can take fifty thousand in chips. If you overdo it, the creators of the casino made sure to push your brakes with a cool-off period that can be forced on you. By privileged we mean with a VIP status and there are 5 levels. The first one is the standard. The following are Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond status. The last one is, of course, the hardest to reach and the most amazing to experience. If you have a good, but a very good load of money, GTA casino gives you the chance to have a private dealer too.
Of course, the launch of the GTA casino raised many questions and many voices. A big number of people commented that it is not moral to include something like this in a game that allures also children. But no matter from where we watch it, GTA starts with enough warnings for violence, nudity etc. Hardly the biggest problem would be the casino, which potentially can tempt the players to try the real feeling too. We are, after all, talking about a video game that includes rudeness, murderers and paid girls…
By all means, we really enjoyed rummaging through the GTA casino for a while and we wholeheartedly can say that we would love to do it again. Grand Theft Auto is, after all, the fourth most selling video game ever. The ones that stand on higher positions are Super Mario, Pokemon and Tetris. The game is also ranked as one of the most prosperous and successful exports of the United Kingdom. The company that develops the game, Rockstar, proved to know the taste of players and attempts to satisfy the hunger for something new and unseen. If you are eager to try, who are we to stop you. Just keep in mind that some scenes are really not for people with ‘gentle’ physics.
