Day-to-day, Luke is an Agate Editor for The Canadian Press and creates both written and visual content for several well-known publications including Sports Illustrated.

After graduating from the University of Guelph with a bachelor’s degree in English, Luke pursued graduate studies at Centennial College where he received a graduate diploma in Sports Journalism. From there, he earned an internship at TSN and has held many content-related positions within media ever since.

Luke’s love of sports and casino began early in life. As a kid, he loved to play chance-based arcade games and wrote his first sports-related article at age 11. On his off-days, you can usually find Luke outside regardless of the season. His hobbies include hiking, camping, going to the beach, ice hockey, and snowboarding. He also attends several concerts and sporting events each year and is well-travelled. His favourite foods are pizza and pasta, stemming from his strong Italian heritage of which he’s very proud.
