The standard maximum amount allowed to be deposited for the first time is €1000 ($1000, £1000, 10000kr).

Before making a withdrawal request, any real money deposit is subject to wagering at least once before it can be withdrawn. we reserve the right to apply a 5% charge on the amount of a withdrawal, with a minimum fee of 10 euro or equivalent currency, should you request a withdrawal without having wagered an amount equal to, or more, than funds deposited into your account, once appropriate measures for due diligence or enhanced due diligence has been successfully completed.
3.2.9 We may impose deposit or loss limits to a player account during an investigation or to mitigate the risks of gambling harm. Account and loss deposit limits are visible to players on their deposit page and do not overrule more stringent limits set with Responsible Gambling limits (please refer to point 6.1. for further details).
3.3.1. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available from ‘the Website’. We will credit you back using the same method and account as you have previously deposited with, when possible. If the Member becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, he must report this to the Company immediately. SLTM Ltd may suspend, block or close a Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering.
3.3.5. Winnings of over larger amounts might require longer processing time than usual due to bank clearance and security and fraud checks. This can generally add up to 7 days to the normal processing time, but is dependent on case by case. We reserve the right to check game play at any time.
3.3.6. If a player wins a progressive jackpot, or a pooled progressive jackpot, which is one and the same jackpot shared by several casinos, usually on one same game, or if the player wins a progressive jackpot of €50,000 or more, the withdrawal process will take longer time than a regular withdrawal as the win has to be verified with the game provider and, in some cases, communicated amongst the casino network that shares the jackpot pool. As soon as we receive the full pooled jackpot amount, we will initiate the withdrawal process and the player can choose to withdraw up to the whole amount of the progressive jackpot win. For all winnings not classified as progressive jackpot wins, the rule is that the player can withdraw up to €50,000 every 30 days until the whole requested amount has been transferred.
3.3.7. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat the Company as a financial institution.
3.3.8. A player can have only one pending withdrawal at a time. It is not possible to request a second withdrawal until the first withdrawal has been processed or cancelled.
3.3.9. A player can lock a withdrawal request from his Lobby at any time, making it impossible for the player to cancel. This withdrawal must still follow the KYC process (see 3.3.1.), does not prevent the money from being sent back to the balance if the withdrawal is rejected (see 3.3.11) and does not remove the limitation of one active withdrawal request at a time (see 3.3.8).
3.3.10. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the method used for the payment. It is 30€/$ (300SEK/NOK) by default, unless mentioned otherwise in the Banking page.
3.3.11. According to applicable legislation and our license obligation we are required to verify our customers’ identity, a process commonly known and referred to as the “KYC” process (Know Your Customer). In case you have requested a withdrawal and we are required to carry out a verification of your account and the details therein, your withdrawal request will be pending until we have received your documents and successfully completed the verification process. This is a standard security procedure, today. Your ‘required’ documents will be verified within 1 day, and your ‘non-required’ documents will be verified within 3 days. We encourage that you send your KYC documents following your registration. This will make the withdrawal process smoother and quicker.
3.3.12. Any withdrawal request waiting for player documents or information without any response from the player for more than 5 days will be rejected and the money sent back to the player balance.
3.3.13. If we mistakenly credit your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of us and the amount will be deducted from your Member Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
3.3.14. Should you reverse a withdrawal, or have a withdrawal cancelled in line with our payments or verification processes, it does not entitle you to any compensation in case you choose to spend the amount on any of our games instead of requesting a new withdrawal.
3.4. Inactive Member Accounts
3.4.1. If no transaction has been recorded on your Member Account for 20 months, we shall remit any remaining balance on your Member Account to you or, if you cannot be satisfactorily located, to a charity of our choosing
3.4.2. Inactive Account means a Member Account which has not recorded any log in or log out for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. If your Member Account is deemed to be inactive, the Operator reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of EUR 5 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your Member Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Member Account remains positive. You authorize the Operator to debit this fee from your Member Account on the beginning of the month following the day on which your Member Account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that your Member Account remains inactive. We will contact you minimum 30 days prior to deducting the inactivity fee and will stop deducting the fee if the account balance reaches zero or if the account is reactivated. Should you return after the account has become inactive, we may consider reimbursement of the fees, depending on the circumstances, especially in the case you were unable to access your Member Account due to health related impediments.
3.5. Closing of Member Accounts
3.5.1. If you wish to close your member account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, the Player shall indicate it. You will be able to open your account again by sending a request to the customer support team. All requests for re-opened accounts will be evaluated in line with our procedures for responsible gambling.

GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. From time to time, you will be granted bonus offers. You will be notified through the website banners, in the list of Available Bonuses in your Lobby, and by email if you subscribe to our promotional emails. Most of the time, you will receive such offers with no individual conditions, however, sometimes you might have to fill certain conditions to get the offer. Example: A “20 Extra Spins bonus offered after £100 wagered on X game” bonus will appear in your lobby only once you have wagered the £100 on the specified game.
2. Every bonus comes with Specific Bonus Terms (in particular the wagering requirement, conversion limit, maximum bonus bet or expiration), which will be displayed when clicking on any bonus banner on the website or from your Lobby > Promotions. In the event of discrepancies between the promotional content of the offer (e.g., email, affiliate website…) and the Specific Bonus Terms, the Specific Bonus Terms will prevail. By claiming a bonus, you agree to accept its “Specific Bonus Terms”.
3. There are four types of bonus:
3.1. Free Bonus: a predefined bonus amount that would be added to your bonus balance once claimed. Example: A “£20 Free Bonus” will grant you £20 on your bonus balance immediately after activation.
3.2. Free Spins Bonus: a predefined number of extra rounds you can play on one or more specific games. Once the extra rounds are played, the total winnings originated therefrom are added to the bonus balance. Example: “20 Extra Spins on Starburst” will grant you 20 extra rounds on the Starburst game. If you win £12 playing the extra rounds, those £12 will be added to your bonus balance.
3.3. Deposit Bonus: has to be activated with a real money deposit; its amount is variable as it depends on the related deposit amount. Deposit Bonuses are defined by a percentage of deposit and a maximum bonus amount. Example: If you get a “50% up to £100 bonus” and activate it with a £200 deposit, you will get £100 bonus added to your bonus balance (50% of £200). A lower amount, like £100, will grant you £50 bonus (50% of £100), while a higher amount like £300 won’t grant you more than the limit of £100.
3.4 Deposit Spin Bonus: has to be activated with a real money deposit and it will allow you to enhance a predefined number of extra rounds on one or more games. Example: If you do a deposit of at least 20£, you will get 20 free spins.
4. The bonus money you accept can be converted into real money after it has been wagered. Wagering Requirements are detailed below:
4.1. Each bonus comes with a Wagering Coefficient, for example: x35, which determines the amount you need to wager with this bonus money in order to convert the remaining bonus balance to real money. The Wagering Requirement is calculated by multiplying the initial bonus amount with the Wagering Coefficient. Example: To convert to real money a £10 Free bonus with a Wagering Coefficient of x35, the Wagering Requirement is £350 (10×35).
4.2. Immediately after you have completed the Bonus Wagering Requirement, the remaining bonus balance is transferred to your real balance and the bonus is archived. Some bonuses, however, may come with a Conversion Limit which determines the amount up to which the bonus can be converted to real money. Example: After wagering £350 with your £10 bonus money, there is £45 left on the bonus balance. If the bonus has no Conversion Limit or a limit higher than £45, all the £45 will be transferred to your real balance. If the bonus has a Conversion Limit lower than £45 – let’s say £30, only £30 will be transferred to your real balance and the rest will be lost. The Conversion Limit should not be confused with any Withdrawal Limit mechanism: as soon as bonus money is turned to real, it becomes all yours, there is no limit in the amount you can withdraw.
4.3. All games do not equally contribute to bonus wagering progression. The Wagering Ratio of a game determines whether it fully contributes toward bonus wagering or only partially. The default ratio 1.0 means that for a £2 bonus bet, the bonus wagering progresses by £2 (1.0×2), while a ratio of 0.5 means that for £2 bonus bet, the wagering progresses only by £1 (0.5×2). Click here to see the list of all games that do not fully contribute to bonus wagering.
4.4. It is quite usual to have several bonuses active at the same time. All your active bonuses will appear in the MY PROMOTIONS section of your Lobby. The balance of each of your bonuses do not merge and each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement. You can easily see the global amount of bonus money on your account by consulting the balance summary in the top menu (accessible by clicking on your Username). In the MY PROMOTIONS section of your Lobby, you can see the details of each Active Bonus, your progression through the Wagering Requirement, as well as all the particular bonus conditions.
5. You always bet your real money first and then your bonus money. Only bonus money is used towards wagering, which means that any wins obtained with real money can be withdrawn without wagering restrictions (non-sticky bonus policy).
5.1. If you have several bonuses active at the same time, the oldest will be the one wagered first. It can also happen that a single bet contains a part of real money and a part of bonus money, from one or more active bonuses. Example: If you have £10 real balance and £4 bonus balance, a £14 bet is allowed in one single spin. In the same spirit, if you have two bonuses active of £2 each, a £14 bet is allowed (£10 real money + £4 bonus). In case of a bet made with money from several sources (real and bonus and/or several bonuses), winnings are distributed proportionally according to the contribution of each source toward the bet. Likewise, the progression through Wagering Requirement of each bonus is incremented according to its contribution. Example: If you place a £10 bet with a real balance of £8 and a bonus balance of £100, £8 will be deducted from your real balance and £2 from your bonus balance. The contribution is then calculated as 80% from real money and 20% from bonus money. In case of a winning of £20 for example, the winnings are distributed as 80% of £20 to real balance, and 20% of £20 to the bonus balance. In addition, the £2 bonus will contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
6. Each bonus has a maximum bet per spin (in both real or bonus money) even though the game might seem to allow it. In case you step over this limit, your bet will be rejected and any winnings will be voided. In case of having 2 active bonuses with different maximum bet requirements, the lowest of the 2 will apply. Example: Bonus #1 with maximum bet of 5£ per spin and Bonus #2 with maximum bet of 3£ per spin. If the bet is equal or lower than 3£ it will be allowed, if it is higher than 3£ it will be rejected.
7. Most of our bonus offers and promotions are available only for a limited period of time.
7.1. Most offers have a specified Offer Expiration date. If you do not claim the offer within its time-frame, it will no longer be available to you and will disappear definitely from ‘My Promotions’ section of your lobby.
7.2. For those offers that do not have an expiration date, the company reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 1 month from the date when they were awarded.
7.3. Once accepted, a bonus is active only for a limited period of time until the Bonus Expiration, which corresponds to the time you have to complete the Wagering Requirement in order to convert your bonus to real money. Most of the time, the Bonus Expiration comes 7 days after the Bonus Activation. If you do not complete the Wagering Requirement of a particular bonus before the Bonus Expiration, the bonus expires so the remaining money on the bonus balance is removed from your total balance, and the bonus is archived.
8. If the balance of a particular bonus reaches 0, this bonus will be considered as used and will disappear from your Active Bonuses list.
9. You are free to withdraw the real money on your balance at any moment with no restriction, even if you have one or more Active Bonuses. Submitting a withdrawal request will cancel all your active bonuses and their amounts will be removed from your total bonus balance. However, cancelling this withdrawal request will reactivate these cancelled bonuses, assuming they haven’t reached their Bonus Expiration in the meantime.
10. All the particular conditions of a bonus are detailed in the MY PROMOTIONS section of your Lobby as well as in the Bonus claiming pop-up. Read the pop-up carefully before accepting a bonus as some bonuses might have different Specific Bonus Terms than others.
11. There are some games where bonus money cannot be played and is totally excluded, in which case the in-game balance will appear as different from the casino’s balance as we do not show any of your bonus money in the in-game balance. Click here to see the list of games on which bonus money cannot be played.
12. All bonus offers are intended for recreational players and we may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
12.1. We usually grant bonus offers on registration and on a regular basis for calendar events, new game releases, or as recurring rewards to loyal recreational players.
12.2. Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, computer device, telephone number and payment method (e.g., debit card). All shared computers are also treated as a single Member Account (e.g. public library or workplace).
12.3. We consider bonuses as gifts for our recreational players, and we reserve the right to exclude players from our bonus program, temporarily or definitely, in particular in case of fraud, bonus seeking behavior or bonus abuse.
12.3.1. Fraud covers all the situations in which we have reasonable grounds to suspect you are breaching any provision of our General Terms and Conditions or of our General Bonus Terms and Conditions clauses including, among others, exploiting eventual bugs or breaches in our system, altering game results, using software-assisted methods or techniques to participate in games, being part of syndicates/ rings, cooperation, collusion in tournaments, holding multiple accounts, third-party managed accounts, altered digital identity or false personal information. In such cases, and in addition to any other right or remedy available to us at law, under these Bonus Terms and Conditions or under the general Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to block or close all the involved accounts and declare wagers as void.
12.3.2. Bonus seeking behavior is considered as an abusive and repeated use of promotions offered by SlotsMillion or the repetitive requests of new bonuses to the support team. We may, at our sole discretion, internally tag a player as “Bonus Seeker” which could lead to limiting the eligibility of the player on bonus promotions or even block and/or cancel their user account and deduct from their balance any real money obtained from the bonus wagering completion.
12.3.3. Bonus abuse is considered as (a) the non-recreational use of any form of promotional offer or bonus to intentionally create a positive expected or estimated value, (b) any action or attempt to use bonus money without spending the real money first and/ or (c) any action or behavior meant to obtain real money by bypassing the normal bonus wagering system or exploiting eventual bugs or breaches. The bonus money we give is meant to extend the playtime and give some extra chances to players that have been unlucky with their own money; that is why we, at our sole discretion and in addition to any other right or remedy available to us at law, under these Bonus Terms and Conditions or under the general Terms and Conditions, reserve the right to block and/ or cancel Bonus Abuser accounts and deduct from their balance any real money obtained from the bonus wagering completion.
