2.1.5. All information and documents that you provide to us during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, correct, and that you shall immediately notify us of any change of such information.

3.1. Registration and opening of your Member Account

3.2. Deposits into your Member Account

3.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds in your Member Account for such participation. We shall not give you any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

3.2.2. We currently do not charge fees for processing deposits. However we may charge you the payment processing fees when you withdraw, if you make more than one withdrawal in the space of 24 hours. For further information, please refer to clause 3.3.9.

3.4. Inactive Member Accounts

3.4.1. An “Inactive Account” is a Member Account which has not recorded any log in or transaction for a period exceeding eighteen (18) consecutive months.

3.4.2. In case the Inactive Account displays an outstanding balance, we will contact you for you to withdraw it. In case we are unable to contact you, SLTM Ltd shall charge a monthly administrative fee of 5 GBP (or the current balance of your Member Account if less) as long as the balance of your Member Account, including both real money and bonus money, remains positive. You hereby authorize SLTM Ltd to debit this fee of 5 GBP from your Inactive Account on the beginning of the month following the day on which your Member Account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month while your Account remains inactive. We will stop deducting the fee if the Account balance is zero or if the Account is reactivated.

3.4.3. In case an Inactive Account does not display any outstanding balance, we may close the Account and notify you of the reason for the closure in writing.

3.4.4. Should you return after the Account has become inactive, we may consider a reimbursement of any deducted fees, depending on the circumstances, especially in the case you were unable to access your Member Account due to health related impediments.

3.5. Closing of Member Accounts

3.5.1. If you wish to close your Member Account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. 7. WAGERS, WINNINGS AND BONUSES.

4. The bonus money you accept can be converted into real money after it has been wagered. Wagering Requirements are detailed below:

4.1 Each bonus comes with a Wagering Coefficient, for example: x35, which determines the amount you need to wager in order to convert the bonus balance to real money. The Wagering Requirement is calculated by multiplying the initial bonus, or the initial bonus amount + deposit amount, with the Wagering Coefficient. Example: To convert to real money a €10 Free bonus with a Wagering Coefficient of 35x, the Wagering Requirement is €350 (10×35). 4.2 Immediately after you have completed the Bonus Wagering Requirement, the remaining bonus balance is transferred to your real balance and the bonus is archived. Some bonuses, however, may come with a Conversion Limit which determines the amount up to which the bonus can be converted to real money. 4.4. There are some games where bonus money cannot be played and is totally excluded, in which case the in-game balance will appear as different from the casino’s balance as we do not show any of your bonus money in the in-game balance. 4.5 It is quite usual to have several bonuses active at the same time. All your active bonuses will appear in the MY PROMOTIONS section of your Lobby. 5. You always bet your real money first and then your bonus money. Only bonus money is used towards wagering, which means that any wins obtained with real money can be withdrawn without wagering restrictions (non-sticky bonus policy).

5.1. If you have several bonuses active at the same time, the oldest will be the one wagered first. It can also happen that a single bet contains a part of real money and a part of bonus money, from one or more active bonuses.
