3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4. REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT
4.1 Full Registration – by successfully completing the full registration process by making a monetary deposit, you will be eligible to access the Service for “Real Money Play” purposes. Completion of Full Registration is subject to the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions and any supporting documentation that we may reasonably request which may include a copy of your passport or other photographic forms of identification.
4.2 During the registration process You will enter an email address, password and other personal details which will be used for the purposes of verifying Your identity and contacting You. The email address You register on Your account must belong to You and will be the sole email address from which communications regarding Your account will be accepted by Grace Media. 4.7 Grace Media reserves the right to refuse to open any Account. 4.8. 5. UNDERAGE GAMBLING
5.1. By opening an Account on the Website, you warrant to us that you are at least:
(a) 18 years of age; or
(b) of legal capacity to place a wager in the jurisdiction in which You are located, whichever is the greater (the “Requisite Age”). We reserve the right to void any wagers with minors and also reserve the right to request proof of age documentation from You at any time. If (whether or not we have verified Your age), You are subsequently proven to have been under the Requisite Age at the time You placed transactions with us then Your Account will be closed, all transactions placed whilst You were under the Requisite Age will be made void and all related funds deposited will be returned save in respect of any winnings which You have accrued at such time which will be forfeited. We shall not be liable to any parent, relation or legal guardian of any such minor in respect of any losses incurred by a minor.
5.2. In the event that Grace Media discover You are under 18 years of age or under the legal age for gambling of the country in which You are resident, Grace Media will report such attempts or activities to the relevant regulatory bodies who in turn, may refer the matter to Your local prosecution authorities, parents, legal guardians or any other appropriate legal authorities.
6. ACCOUNT SECURITY
6.1. The password that You choose must be kept private and secure by You always. Should You forget Your Account login or password please contact Customer Support for assistance. Failure to keep Your password private and secure could lead to unauthorised activities on Your Account for which Grace Media accepts no liability.
6.2. Transactions made using Your Account(s), login details and password are accepted by us on the understanding that the transactions have been authorised by You. Grace Media shall not be liable for any claims in the event that You disclose Your username and password to anyone else (whether deliberately or accidentally).
6.3. If another person accesses Your Account(s) You are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorised by You and Grace Media shall not be liable for any claims in the event that You disclose Your login details and/or password to a third party either intentionally or accidentally.
6.4. Should You feel that Your Account(s) security has been compromised, You are obligated to contact us immediately.
6.5. Grace Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to close Your Account(s) if we suspect that You have disclosed Your login and/or password to any third party.
6.6 You are not permitted to (or attempt to) sell, transfer or acquire accounts to or from other persons.
6.7 We reserve the right to void any or all bets/wagers placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals in an attempt to unfairly affect the outcome of the bets/wagers.
7. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
7.1. You understand that Your Account is not a bank account and cannot be used as such. Any monies deposited with us in Your account shall not bear any interest to You. All funds deposited by You must be used for the sole purpose of real money gambling. Grace Media reserve the right to charge an administration fee (which we may withdraw from the balance in Your Account) in respect of deposits or withdrawals which we believe have been made for purposes primarily associated with reasons other than real money gambling on the Casino. Grace Media also reserves the right to restrict the payment methods available to You for deposit.
7.2. There are minimum limits on the amounts that You can withdraw (as stated in 7.2.1) from Your account with all withdrawals subject to verification and AML (anti money laundering) regulatory requirements. Please check for any personal limits that may be applied to your payment account by your payment provider before proceeding.
7.2.1 The minimum withdrawal is £10/€20/200kr/$40, except in the case of a final withdrawal to close your account. Please note that a £1.50 (or currency equivalent) processing fee will be applied to all individual withdrawals of £30 or less (or currency equivalent).
7.2.2 Due to Card Scheme Rules and Anti Money Laundering (AML) Regulations withdrawals, where possible, will only be processed to the payment instrument which was used to deposit the funds. If this is not possible, Grace Media reserves the right to request additional documentation. We reserve the right to make any payment for a withdrawal via cheque without the need to provide a reason.
7.2.3 Grace Media offers You email receipts for Your withdrawal requests. Should You choose to activate this option, a receipt will be sent to You via email to the email address registered on Your account on completion of each of Your withdrawals. You understand that withdrawal receipts are classed by Grace Media as a service message and opting out of promotional communications on any contact channel will not stop these messages from being sent. The email receipt service can be switched on or off from the withdrawal page on Your account.
7.2.4 It is strongly recommended that the Cardholder retains a copy of Transaction records and of our payments policies and rules.
7.3. In respect of our customers located in the United Kingdom, Grace Media is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, whose licensing conditions and codes of practice require us to explain to You what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which those funds are protected in the event of insolvency. All customer funds are held in bank accounts which are separate from our own accounts, however these funds would be seen as part of Grace Media’s assets in the event of insolvency, meaning your funds held may not be repaid. This arrangement conforms to the UK Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the minimum level: “Not Protected”. 7.3.1. To the extent required by Your local law or tax or other authorities You are responsible for reporting Your winnings and losses arising from the use of these Services.
7.4. Grace Media does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
7.5. In order to place a wager for Real Money Play on the Casino, You will need to deposit funds using a payment method that is offered via Your account lobby. You must be the account holder of any and all payment methods registered to Your Account. A fee of 15.00 % will be deducted from Boku mobile deposits. For example a deposit of £30.00 made via Boku will have a fee of £4.50 applied and Your Casino account will be credited with £25.50. Grace Media will not charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals using any other payment method. 7.6. Payment Methods

7.6.1. Deposits are processed instantly and, save in respect of Boku for which a transaction fee of 15% is applied, there are no deposit costs charged by Grace Media. We always recommend that You check with Your Card Issuers, to ensure You are aware of any charges levied by them. All deposits made via MasterCard or Visa Debit cards will be subject to online verification by the 3DSecure code service or the Verified By Visa service (VBV). The minimum deposit when using Boku is £15. For all other payment methods, the minimum deposit is £10/€10/100kr/$20.
7.6.2. For the purposes of Verification and AML requirements, withdrawals can take up to 3 working days to be processed by us, from the date of successful submission of requested documentation. A further 3-5 working days should be allowed for funds to be credited back to you by your card issuer. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10/€20/200kr/$40, subject to any processing fee detailed in term 7.2.1. Withdrawals can only be processed to a debit card that is registered to your account and which was used to deposit the funds. Where other deposit methods are used withdrawals will be either back to that payment method, or via bank transfer.
7.6.3. By depositing funds into Your account, You agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits. If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of any such charge-backs, reversals or cancellations, we reserve the right to charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
7.7 As part of our responsible gaming policy, You can request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on Your Account for any 24 hour period. The deposit limit may be revised at any time but any increase to the limit will be subject to a waiting period of 24 hours from time of request. 7.8. You hereby declare and warrant that the money You deposit into Your Account does not originate from any illegal activity or source.
7.9. We, in our absolute discretion, reserve the right to refuse to accept any method of payment presented to us irrespective of whether we have previously accepted such payment method from You or would usually accept that payment method from any player. No transaction is accepted by Grace Media until Grace Media has confirmed to You via on-screen messages that the transaction has been accepted. If You are in doubt as to whether the transaction has been accepted successfully, You should contact Customer Support. Once confirmation of acceptance has been given by Grace Media, You cannot cancel the transaction unless Grace Media agrees otherwise.
7.10. You may withdraw funds at any time provided that You have registered Your payment details and provided that all necessary verification checks have been completed to Grace Media’s satisfaction. In order for Your payment details to be registered You need to have made an accepted deposit into Your Account. Grace Media normally processes withdrawals on request. However, if Grace Media’s attempts to verify Your details are inconclusive, the process may take longer and further documentation may be requested from You. Grace Media cannot accept liability for the processing times of Your payment provider or bank.
7.11. The maximum pay-out on our games is £250,000 per single spin except for any progressive Jackpot pay-out. Progressive Jackpot pay-outs which will be paid in full.
7.12. In accordance with AML regulations, where possible, withdrawals must go back to the same payment method used to deposit. In addition, it is Grace Media’ s policy to take the following approach:
– Where the payment method You last used to deposit allows for withdrawals to be processed directly back to that payment method; You will not be able to change Your deposit method
(a) when Your account balance is higher than or equal to £5/€5/50kr/$5
(b) You have a pending withdrawal on Your account.
– Where the payment method You last used to deposit does not allow for withdrawals to be processed directly back to that payment method, Grace Media will redirect Your withdrawals to a payment method of its choice.
– Where none of Your registered deposit methods are viable for withdrawal Grace Media will offer you a manually processed bank transfer. You will be informed in the withdrawal page of Your account if this is the case.
7.13. Any form of inter-account transfer is strictly prohibited.
7.14. In the event that Grace Media incorrectly credits Your Account with funds that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical, human or other type of error, You must notify our Customer Service team immediately. The funds will remain the property of Grace Media and we shall be entitled to reverse any such credits and/or recover those sums from You if they have been withdrawn as a debt owed by You to Grace Media.
7.15. Grace Media employees are unable to place any wagers on Your behalf.
7.16. In line with section 7.6 through 7.15 Grace Media is duty bound by regulatory requirements to perform various checks and points of verification. These may require the production of Your ID and other supporting documentation which could incur administration delays prior to allowing full access to Your account or to the processing of any withdrawal. Documents should be uploaded or via the profile section of your account. Please allow up to 3 working days for the processing of your uploaded documents.
7.17 We at our sole discretion reserve the right to make any payment to you by way of cheque.
Documents we will require to fully verify Your registered account details are as follow:
- Passport/National ID card or Driving Licence.
- A Bank Statement/Utility Bill, dated within the last 3 months, clearly showing the date, Your name and current address. There are some suppliers whose documents we do not accept. See section 4.3 of these terms for details.
In addition, we require any of the following which apply to Your payment methods:
- A copy of the Front and Back of all payment cards registered on Your account. Please note that for security reasons we request that You blank out the first 12 digits from the front of Your cards and the 3 digit CSV number from the rear of Your cards.
- Proof of ownership of Your e-wallet account through a screenshot of the account logged in showing Your name and the email ID/ account ID.
- Proof of ownership of the mobile phone used to deposit using Boku billing, including a copy of Your latest bill for contract phones or a copy of the receipt for Your last top-up for pay as You go phones.
- A copy bank statement showing Your latest deposit transaction with Trustly. Please ensure that your name and the last 4 digits of your bank account number are visible.
8. FRAUD, CHEATING, COLLUSION AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES
8.1 Grace Media reserve the right to suspend your Account, and withhold both the cash and bonus balance of your Account, until it can be fully satisfied of validity if:
(a) you are found or suspected to be participating in any form of collusion or fraudulent practice;
(b) we become aware that you have invalidly requested a charge-back or have denied any of the transactions made on your Account; in which case Grace Media may reverse requested deposits or off set the account balance to address charge back costs.
(c) you become bankrupt or have equivalent proceedings occurring anywhere in the world; or
(d) you have more than one account at any one time, on any individual Grace Media casino or:
(e) you are using our software and/or system in a manner which we deem inappropriate; or
(f) you are found to be in breach of any other terms of these Terms and Conditions.
(g) Your account is linked to other accounts within the system in a manner which is consistent with organised bonus abuse. We may determine links to other accounts using a reasonable combination of any of the following:
1. Device ID
2. IP address
3. IP range
4. Deposit amount
5. Bet amount
6. Game choice
8.2 If we become aware or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity then we will retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you pending Our investigations. In addition, we reserve the right to retain any funds related to that activity and the balance on the accounts in question. As part of our financial, suspicious activity and AML requirements, We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for these actions. If the activity and transactions are cleared of any suspicions all retained funds will be made available to you.
8.3 Where we suspect that you are participating in any form of collusion, fraudulent practice or money laundering activities, we reserve the right to report such activity or suspicions to the regulators, the police, relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions including details of your identity and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.
8.4 Your account is linked to other accounts within the system in a manner which is consistent with organised bonus abuse. We may determine links to other accounts using a reasonable combination of any of the following:
1. Device ID
2. IP address
3. IP range
4. Deposit amount
5. Bet amount
6. Game choice
9. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
9.1 You can close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Once the closure has been executed, you will be sent a confirmation email and you will be entitled to the return of any balance remaining in your Account subject to standard withdrawal processes and verification checks.
9.2 Except where you have self-excluded or requested a Cool Off/Time Out period, you will be able to re-open your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. You should allow for up to 72 hours for these requests to be processed.
10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
10.1 If you have not accessed or used your Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, your Account shall be deemed to be inactive (“Inactive Account”). Grace Media will use its endeavours to notify you before your Account becomes inactive, via the email address with which you registered your Account.
(a) Two weeks (fourteen days) prior to the start of the inactive period, You will be emailed via service messaging.
(b) One week (seven days) prior the start of the inactive period, You will be emailed a final reminder via service messaging.
(C) On the day of inactivation your account balance will be set to zero, a balance return can be requested at any time by contacting customer services
10.2 Grace Media will attempt to return any cash funds to the deposit method used, this will be minus any transaction charge incurred by Us, on the date of “Account Inactivity”
10.3 Inactive accounts can be reopened on request to customer services, however verification of account information changes will be required
11. SERVICE, SOFTWARE AND CONNECTION FAULTS
11.1 You agree that use of the Service is at Your sole discretion and risk. Any wager placed by You is done solely on the exercise of Your own judgment and discretion. You acknowledge that You have not relied on any statement, representation or advice from us (including any of our employees) in deciding to place a wager. You also acknowledge that by playing the Games you may lose money and you accept full responsibility for any such losses.
11.2. Due to the inherent nature of the internet, third party disconnections may occur during game play. Grace Media will not be held responsible for any financial loss caused by a loss of connection to Grace Media servers or lag in your internet or network connection whilst accessing the Service or playing the Games. In the event that a single player Game is disconnected where there are still active wagers of real currency ‘in play’, the game state will be stored and may be resumed at a later date for a period of thirty (30) days. Funds attached to Games which remain incomplete after thirty (30) days shall be returned. Incomplete games need to be completed before you may participate in a new game.
11.3. Grace Media shall not be held responsible for any viruses, bugs, errors or defects in any of the games on the Service, any Content on the Service, systems, software or services which affects Your enjoyment of the service or causes any damage or loss to Your system or other personal property as a result of Your use of the Service, the games and services available on the Service. Should this occur, You must report this immediately to Customer Support. Should it be found that You have knowingly profited from a fault in the system or in a game, Grace Media reserve the right to void all winnings.
11.4 Grace Media will not make any changes to the rules, pay-outs or outcome probabilities to its games in a live environment or without informing its players prior to further game play after any such change.
12. CUSTOMER DISPUTES
12.1 Grace Media aims to provide all customers with excellent customer service and will endeavour to respond to all queries fairly and efficiently. On occasions, your query may require further in-depth investigation involving other departments or suppliers. In these circumstances Grace Media will attempt to resolve your query as soon as possible, however we would advise that most complaints will usually take between 14 and 30 days to be fully resolved. We will notify you in the process of investigation if the complaint is likely to take longer than 30 days.
12.2 On occasions Grace Media understands that you may not be fully satisfied with the service you have received or the outcome of Grace Media’s investigation. On these occasions you should email your complaint in full to the Customer Support Manager, which will invoke Grace Media’s internal disputes procedure.
12.3 If you are still not satisfied that your complaint has been satisfactorily resolved, you can escalate the matter further as follows:
(a) For customers located in Great Britain, you can escalate the matter externally by contacting eCOGRA. eCOGRA is a third-party organisation offering independent adjudication in relation to betting and gaming disputes. 13. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
13.1. Grace Media is committed to Responsible Gambling and offers a variety of facilities to help you control your gambling activity such as Reality Checks, Deposit Limits, Time Outs, Self-Exclusion and Transaction History.

13.3 Deposit Limits. The deposit limit facility allows you to limit the amount of money that you are able to deposit into your Account either daily, weekly or monthly. Please note that limits work on a ‘rolling’ basis rather than a calendar basis, and that in the event of two limits conflicting that the lowest limit will always take precedence.

20. EVENTS OUTSIDE GRACE MEDIA’S CONTROL

Unless expressly stated, a person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.

These Terms and Conditions and the agreement between you and Grace Media shall be governed and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Welcome Bonus Terms
The Welcome Deposit offer is only available to valid new account holders aged 18 or over making their first 3 deposits with us.
