Definitions

RoyalCasino.com Ltd .: The company is part of YNF Holding AG and owns, operates and provides online games on all platforms and devices.

RoyalCasino.dk: The domain on which online casino is operated in Denmark - Denmark’s only land-based and online casino.

Player: Means any person over the age of 21 who has set up a gaming account with RoyalCasino.com Ltd for the purpose of playing online casino, for leisure and entertainment purposes only.

Game Account: An individual account with RoyalCasino.com Ltd .

Promotion: A special offer from RoyalCasino.com Ltd for participation in games on special promotional terms. Promotional offers are sent out regularly, most often weekly.

Bonus: A supplement to the Player’s own efforts. Bonuses will typically take the form of additional games or amounts to use at  RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos and will be visible on the Bonus Account.

Bonus account: The account where the Player can see the status of the obtained bonus and play-through requirements for it. The bonus account can only be used at that of RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos where the bonus is received  and cannot be paid out. Once a bonus has been played through, the bonus amount will be released for real money and transferred from the bonus account to the real money account, after which it can be paid out if desired.

1 Registration

1.1. Registration as a Player at RoyalCasino.com Ltd can only be done by a natural person with CPR number and NemID, by confirming the following:

– that Player is over 21 years of age

– Player identity (including full name and CPR number)

– Player’s residential address

– Player’s intended scope of play

– Player’s valid email address

– Player’s valid mobile number

– The player must present documentation of his identity as part of the registration in accordance with any request that  RoyalCasino.dk  may make at any time. By accepting the Terms & Conditions, the Player agrees that  RoyalCasino.com Ltd is entitled to verify the Player’s identity via the Danish CPR register.

Until the information is provided by the player and validated by RoyalCasino .dk, Player can only get one not verified with NemID gaming account. This means that the gaming account where the Player has not submitted the necessary information will be an unverified with NemID gaming account. No payment can be made from a non-verified NemID game account to Player. A player cannot deposit more than DKK 10,000 into a non-verified NemID gaming account. Unless the holder of an unverified NemID gaming account submits the necessary and required documentation and confirms his identity within 30 days of registration, or if the holder of an unverified NemID gaming account has provided incorrect information in connection with the registration, RoyalCasino will.dk close the unverified with NemID game account.

In addition, the person must not be:

declared personal bankruptcy

incapacitated or placed under low guardianship

1.2. Registration as a Player is personal and limited to one account per. household, postal address, e-mail address, IP address, CPR number, NemID, payment card and bank account.

1.3. It is not permitted for employees of RoyalCasino.com Ltd. - CVR number C81199, Malta, or employees of other companies under the group YNF 296 ApS, to play at RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos . If an employee has a Gaming Account at one of  RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos  at the beginning of the employment, this must be suspended during the employment process. RoyalCasino.com Ltd can be contacted if further guidance is required.

1.4. Registration as a Player at RoyalCasino.dk is done by creating personal information requested in the registration process, which can identify the Player. Use of mailbox address is not valid. Player must complete and validate the registration process by entering the Player’s personal NemID details, which must be used when logging in to the Game Account. Player does not have to enter username and password + it is not possible to log in without using NemID

1.5. It is the Player’s own responsibility that all information entered in connection with the registration is correct. If the information is not correct and can be verified with the CPR register, the Player’s account will be temporary, transfers are set a maximum amount of 10,000. DKK, and no payments can be made from the account. If a gaming account is temporary, it is the Player’s own responsibility to submit documentation proving identity and personal details within 30 days. If validation is not complete after 30 days, the account will be closed, and the Player can only get the remaining part of any. amounts transferred back upon receipt and approval of ID as well as the payment card used to make transfers to the Player’s account.

1.6. In the event of any changes to the personal information provided in connection with the registration, it is the Player’s own responsibility to update the information at  RoyalCasino.com Ltd by contacting our Customer Service.

1.7. RoyalCasino.com Ltd looks up CPR numbers in the CPR register. If there is a discrepancy between the Player’s information provided and the information contained in the CPR register, a Game Account is temporary until the discrepancy is resolved. RoyalCasino.com Ltd reserves the right to change Player’s information entered.

1.8. Player is obliged to store and use his username, NemID and personal password for it in a safe and secure way so that others do not become aware of or can use Player’s username and personal password. The same applies to Player’s NemID and password. Player must immediately inform RoyalCasino.dk Customer Service if Player discovers or suspects that others are abusing Player’s account.

1.9. RoyalCasino.com Ltd reserves the right at any time to block the Player’s account on RoyalCasino.dk. This may be for security reasons, suspected abuse or for some other reason.

1.10. In accordance with the gaming legislation, the expected scope of play must be stated. Here the Player must choose low, medium or high.

1.11. Registration and gambling at RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos  while staying abroad may be prohibited under the laws of that country and  RoyalCasino.com Ltd has no responsibility in this regard. It is the sole responsibility of the Player.

2 Intellectual property rights

2.1. All trademarks, service marks, copyrights and trade names as well as images, graphics, text, concepts or methods (under a so-called “intellectual property rights”) found on the website, as well as material contained therein belong solely to RoyalCasino.dk, or its suppliers and partners. The holder of a gaming account is not entitled to exploit or otherwise use any intangible assets for whatever purpose.

2.2. Use of  RoyalCasino.com Ltd trademarks, as well as other similar marks and RoyalCasino logos is not permitted. Players may not use  RoyalCasino.com Ltd material or content in excess of what is permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

3.1. Player agrees that Player uses  RoyalCasino.com Ltd at his own risk.

3.2. Under no circumstances will RoyalCasino.com Ltd be liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from gambling at RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos . Including, but not limited to, liability for its software and client application providers, damages, operating losses, financial losses, loss of business information or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, RoyalCasino.com Ltd products. This further applies even if  RoyalCasino.com Ltd is notified by the Player of the possibility of this. If the Player is dissatisfied with the Company’s services, including the Games and relevant Terms, the Player’s sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s services.

4 Indemnification

4.1. Player shall indemnify RoyalCasino.com Ltd , its employees, managers, board members, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers, indemnified and without liability, and shall indemnify them fully for all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and indemnities , regardless of the nature that may arise as a result of the Player’s use of RoyalCasino.dk or any kind of breach of these Terms & Conditions that may arise as a result of the Player’s access to, use or reuse of the  RoyalCasino.com Ltd website and products , participation in the games, or acceptance of winnings. Likewise, Player  RoyalCasino.com Ltd is indemnified if this is due to access by other personsRoyalCasino.com Ltd , using the Player’s user identification and login details. This follows the application of the Payment Services Act’s rules on covering losses for others’ unauthorized use of the Gaming Account. According to the rules of the Payment Services Act, RoyalCasino.dk may in some cases cover losses, but not in the following cases:

4.1.1. If the Player has acted fraudulently and / or knowingly failed to fulfill his obligations under section 59 of the Payment Services Act, the Player is fully liable for the loss.

4.1.2. If the Player has provided his user identification or password and password to a third party, and if the Player should thereby realize or have realized that this could lead to an increased risk of unauthorized use, the Player is also fully liable for the loss.

Payments Policy

5 Payments

5.1 Transfer

5.1.1. The minimum transfer amount per transaction per Player is DKK 100.00.

5.1.2. Players must transfer money in Danish kroner (DKK) from credit cards (Dankort, Visa card or MasterCard) before it is possible to buy games for real money. However, there may be situations where Free Chances are played through for real money, which can be used to buy games for real money. Money transferred for the sole purpose of purchasing games for real money can be returned to the Player’s bank account upon closing the Game Account. No interest is earned on a  RoyalCasino.com Ltd gaming account.

5.1.3. Although RoyalCasino.dk is part of the physical RoyalCasino in Aarhus, it is not possible to use cash to buy games for real money on RoyalCasino.dk, just as no forms of credit can be granted to Players.

5.1.4. It is not possible to make purchases of goods other than internet games using deposits on the Gaming Account.

5.1.5. The player is responsible for checking that deposits and withdrawals on the Game Account have been made correctly.

5.1.6. Transfers can be viewed on the Game Account for a period of one year after the last transactions have taken place. In case of disagreement, the player must notify RoyalCasino.com Ltd immediately – and no later than 90 days after the transaction has been completed . If the player fails to do this, he / she loses the right to do any. claim against RoyalCasino.com Ltd .

5.1.7. Transfers between bank and gaming accounts, for example by using a debit card or bank transfer, may be subject to a transaction fee by  RoyalCasino.com Ltd. The fees applicable at any time will be set out in these Terms & Conditions.

5.1.8. The prize will be available in the Player’s account as soon as possible after the end of the game. See also the Game Rules for each game by clicking on ‘?’ or ‘i’ in the game window.

5.1.9. If it turns out that a winnings transfer to a Player’s account or bank account is due to an error, e.g. because the basis for the payout turns out to be incorrect, or there is cheating or other breach of gaming rules, etc. by the Player,  RoyalCasino.com Ltd is entitled to refund the incorrectly paid amount from the gaming account.

5.1.10. If a withdrawal of money by the bank imposes costs on  RoyalCasino.com Ltd , whether due to misuse of a payment card, lack of coverage on the payment card used or for any other reason, RoyalCasino.com Ltd reserves  the right to refund an amount corresponding to the costs imposed by the Player’s Gaming Account.

5.1.11. If in the above case there is no cover for the amount in the Player’s account,  RoyalCasino.com Ltd is at the earliest opportunity entitled to set off the outstanding amount by the Player’s transfer of money to the gaming account or in any winnings deposited into the gaming account.

5.2 Payments

5.2.1. The minimum payout amount per transaction per Player is DKK 100.00.

5.2.2. The maximum total amount that can be paid out to a Player daily from  RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s casinos is DKK 50,000.00. A day is defined as a continuous 24-hour period between the times 00.00 and 23.59.

5.2.3. It is accepted by Player that Player cannot hold  RoyalCasino.com Ltd liable for any payout requests that in total exceed the maximum daily amount for each 24-hour period. However,  RoyalCasino.com Ltd may, at its sole discretion and discretion, choose to pay out larger amounts and winnings to Players per day.

RoyalCasino.com Ltd. collects personal and contact information during the registration process on RoyalCasino.dk, as well as when the Player uses the offered services and contacts RoyalCasino.com Ltd.’s Customer Service. From time to time, information about Player is also obtained from public sources or third party services.

RoyalCasino.com Ltd. collects and processes the following information about Player:

6.2.1. When registering at RoyalCasino.dk, the Player submits a number of personal and contact information to RoyalCasino.com Ltd., such as name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, gender, date of birth and CPR number, which are necessary for the creation of the Player’s Gaming Account. This data is also used for the establishment and implementation of games, for payment and for the transfer of winnings as well as to inform about relevant marketing offers from the RoyalCasino Group, in cases where specific consent is given by the Player.

6.3. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. is obliged per. allowed to treat all information provided by the Player or obtained by himself confidentially. The information will only be available to a limited and relevant number of employees of RoyalCasino.com Ltd.

6.4. With the following exceptions, personal information will only be processed by RoyalCasino.com Ltd. in relation to the customer relationship between Player and RoyalCasino.com Ltd. All information about Player is stored on secure systems leased by EveryMatrix NV and EveryMatrix Ltd., as by RoyalCasino.com Ltd. is required to forward data to the Danish Gaming Authority, in accordance with current legislation. Access to Player Data for EveryMatrix NV and EveryMatrix Ltd. is solely for storage and reporting purposes on behalf of RoyalCasino.com Ltd.

6.5. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. does not pass on your personal information to external companies without the Player’s explicit permission, cf. all points in this section 6. Player’s personal information is only used internally in RoyalCasino.com Ltd., including subsidiaries and affiliates, for the purpose of informing the Player about relevant marketing offers from RoyalCasino The group that is believed to have an interest in the Player, but only in cases where the Player has given explicit consent to receive marketing. The consent to marketing is verified in the registration process via NemID, and the consent to marketing can always be withdrawn under the Player’s profile on RoyalCasino.dk.

Some partners may process personal data in countries outside the EU / EEA, such as the USA. The legal basis for international data transfers is the EU’s standard contractual provisions for the transfer of personal data from data controllers to data processors, in accordance with Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council here .

7 Rules for Game Account

7.1. After Player has approved the Terms & Conditions and registered accordingly incl. entering CPR number and verification with NemID, RoyalCasino.com Ltd. provides access to one Game Account for Player.

7.2. A Game Account is personal, and the Player may only trade and participate in games on his own behalf, being as a private person, and only for entertainment purposes. Player may not participate on behalf of others. A violation of this constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.3. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. is not responsible for the fact that circumstances beyond RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s control mean that communication to and from RoyalCasino.com Ltd.’s systems cannot be carried out, or if errors or interruptions in the electronic systems of suppliers prevent gambling from being carried out .

7.4. If a real money game is interrupted, no matter when in a game session, all game information and placed bets will be automatically saved until the game is reopened by Player where possible. Player can then continue the game from the point where the game was previously interrupted. Games that are not completed for one reason or another remain unfinished for 90 days, after which the game is canceled and the bet is given to charity. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. takes all reasonable steps to ensure that an interrupted game can be resumed as described above. Where this is not possible due to an error in the game, the game and all bets are canceled, after which these are returned to the Player’s Game Account. If a Player experiences errors, the Player may at any time find unfinished games under “My Account”,

8 Closing the gaming account

8.1. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. may close a Gaming Account at any time and without notice. However, ongoing play is not interrupted. A closure may occur, for example, if the Player has provided incorrect information, misused his Game Account or otherwise breached his obligations, including these Terms & Conditions. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. may also close a Gaming Account if the gaming pattern – in the opinion of RoyalCasino.com Ltd. – has the character of a gambling addiction and does not correspond to the expected volume of play, which was stated in the registration process. As far as possible, the Player is informed in advance of a closure.

8.2. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. may at any time, without prior information to the Player, close a Gaming Account, provided that RoyalCasino.com Ltd. considers this necessary for technical or safety reasons.

8.3. A possible re-opening of a Gaming Account will take place when the conditions that gave rise to the closure are no longer present. RoyalCasino.com Ltd. is not responsible for any. losses due to the closure of a Gaming Account.

9 Inactive account

9.1. An inactive account is a Gaming Account where no log-in has been registered for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. RoyalCasino.com Ltd does not charge an administration fee for an inactive account. Player can reactivate his account by logging in.

9.2. In cases where  RoyalCasino.com Ltd has suspended a Gaming Account, a possible disbursement of funds from the Gaming Account of the outcome of the individual case. In cases where there is possible fraud and activity that is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the balance and the Gaming Account will remain suspended until an investigation is completed.

9.3. In case of fraud, the balance is not paid and the case is reported to the Police where this body is not already involved. In cases where there is no fraud, the Terms and any payment of the balance on the Gaming Account are followed, cf. the section on “Termination of the Gaming Account”.

10 Termination of gaming account

10.1. Player can close his game account to anyone and terminate the accepted Terms & Conditions of Play. This is done by contacting  RoyalCasino.com Ltd’s Customer Service.

10.2. It is not possible for  RoyalCasino.com Ltd to delete a Gaming Account or details thereof.

10.3. RoyalCasino.com Ltd may terminate a gaming account at any time with immediate effect if there is a reasonable suspicion that the Player has been guilty of bonus abuse or attempted misconduct, either by himself or as part of a group. RoyalCasino.com Ltd reserves  the right to:

– at its option to cancel the right to the bonus awarded to Player and any winnings from that bonus

to withdraw, reject or revoke a bonus offer from Player

– to block a Player’s access to special offers / products

– to exclude Player from all future offers / products

to terminate the Player’s account with immediate effect.

10.4. Based on an assessment, only  RoyalCasino.com Ltd decides whether there is a breach of the Terms & Conditions and any special Terms & Conditions.

10.5. RoyalCasino.com Ltd may terminate these Terms & Conditions with 1 month notice.

10.6. Upon termination of the Player’s account with RoyalCasino.com Ltd , the Gaming Account will be closed, and any balance that is not subject to any promotional conditions will be transferred to the Player’s bank account no later than 5 working days after the closing. Where there are ongoing games on the Gaming Account and these have not been completed by the Player at the request of RoyalCasino.com Ltd , any bets will be lost by the Player.

11 Gambling addiction

11.1. Through these Terms & Conditions, the registration process of a Gaming Account, and the Responsible Gaming section of RoyalCasino.dk, players are informed about a number of options for controlling and limiting their gaming consumption. This can be done by Player to monitor Player’s game consumption as well as to prevent and secure against gambling addiction or suspicion of the same.

Player has the option to set maximum daily, weekly and monthly limits on the Amount Limits page under My Account. These limits include the ability to set transfer limits to the Game Account. All restrictions can – within the possible maximum limit – be raised and lowered by the Player at any time. A raised limit does not take effect until after 24 hours, while a lowered limit takes effect immediately.

On the Amount Limits page, Player can exclude himself from gambling via his Game Account temporarily or permanently. In the event of temporary exclusion, the Game Account can be blocked for either 24 hours via the COOL-OFF function or for a period of 30 days. Upon final exclusion, the Game Account is closed and the customer relationship ends. Players can also contact RoyalCasino.dk’s Customer Service and specify a desired COOL-OFF period.

12 Standard Terms for Campaigns

12.1. The terms of this section apply to all promotional offers, however, not for the registration and welcome bonus, which are available on RoyalCasino.dk. In addition, any special campaign terms and conditions set out in connection with the relevant campaign apply. To the extent that this is a bonus campaign, the specified terms for the bonus also apply.
