Normally, this professional stays calm and collective, analysing each situation with a cold stare and doing whatever he can to have an edge over his opponent. However, he got quite frustrated with the way Columba Duffy played his hand at the 2008 WSOP which is highly unlikely for Phil. Furthermore, he got beat in an all-in hand by having the nut flush, while Duffy had a full house.

The following hand has been televised and we must admit that both players had a mix of emotions at the end. What started as a pure gamble, turned out to be one of the biggest pots televised on television. What makes this hand even more interesting is the fact that both players had poker blow ups during the hand – while Farha was trying to prove that he had his opposition crushed, Gold insisted on his own superiority. Furthermore, Sam admitted before the flop he had aces which is never a bullet-proof guarantee with this player. The end is quite surprising as both players broke all poker rules with a gentleman agreement!

Vanessa Selbst is considered as one of the best female poker players today with huge tournament winnings and a very aggressive style of play. With such a tactic, Vanessa can sometimes be seen steaming and experiencing yet another one of her poker tilts. In this particular hand, she goes all-in with pocket 4’s and gets almost insta-called by Ace-Nine from a friend of hers. We all know Daniel Negreanu as one of the coolest and cheerful poker players there is, always cracking a smile even in his toughest moments at the table. You may not be aware of Antanas Guoga, who is quite an expressive player when it comes to playing poker. The Lithuanian, also known as Tony G is famous for playing aggressive and having a vicious demeanour when it comes to interacting with other professionals at the table. In this hand, Guoga demonstrates how ruthless he can be by insulting Andrew Robl and calling the clock on him. We aren’t sure whether this was just a theatrical act just to get Robl steaming, but one thing is for sure – it caused controversy at the table!
One of the Biggest Tilts in Poker – Sheikhan and Matusow
Next on our list, we have two rivals who have always expressed their dislike towards one another. Mike Matusow’s talkative nature and Shawn Sheikhan’s aggressive behaviour have always been the main reasons for causing poker tilts whenever those two sit at a table together. In this particular case, emotions got the best out of “Sheiky” who revealed valuable information for a hand without even participating in it. This enraged Matusow, in the end, making Sheikhan even angrier, earning both players a 10-minute penalty for violating poker etiquette.
Schwartz vs Laak – One of The Worthiest Poker Tilts!
Next on our list of poker meltdowns, we have Luke Schwartz vs Phil Laak. “The Unabomber” has been known for calling with quite a wide range of hands which was the main reason for Schwartz to get angry with his pocket queens. Furthermore, Luke was irritated not only because Laak flopped a full house, but because of his bad luck against him. Schwartz seems to have a bad run online as well, although he’s sponsored and playing at one of the best poker sites in the UK. Although he is known for having the most WSOP bracelets and being one of the most accomplished players in the world, Phil has also been widely considered as the professional with the best poker blow ups. The fans seem to love this as there are numerous compilations of Hellmuth losing his composure, cursing and even swearing at his opposition for playing bad and still beating him in often ridiculous situations. The holder of 15 championship bracelets seems to be not that flexible when it comes to losing as this can be best seen in one of his hands against Tom Dwan, back in the days when ‘Durrrr’ was still making a name for himself at the live tables.
