Developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers, the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-questionnaire aiming to establish your psychological personality type. According to Briggs-Myers, there are 16 personality types, sorted into four groups:
